Stress and Hormone Workshop with Carmen Weir

Carmen Weir is a cancer survivor who will discuss her journey through the cancer and how it changed her life. Her passion is to serve others who have severe health issues and discuss how hormone imbalances relate to osteoporosis, PMS, fatigue, premature aging, hot flashes, weight gain, and more.  The event will take place in-person at the Columbus Public Library, but patrons may also sign up to attend online via Zoom here.
