Do you like potatoes? February is National Potato Lover’s Month! Whether you enjoy potatoes, baked, mashed, air fried or occasionally some potato chips, this month’s STEAM program is all about Wisconsin potatoes! Join us as we learn about the different potato types, test your potato trivia knowledge (for example, who invented the potato chip?) and have fun making a potato Valentine’s craft! Plus, each attendee will take home a 3 lb. bag of Alsum Farms & Produce red potatoes to make delicious potato recipes for your family to enjoy!
