Exploring newly-published nonfiction. This group meets in the evening the third Wednesday of the month. You do not need to register for this event, which is free and open to the public. All are welcome.

You need not have read the book to come to this discussion.

February 21: Master Slave Husband Wife by Ilyon Woo

"Presents the remarkable true story of Ellen and William Craft, who escaped slavery through daring, determination, and disguise, with Ellen passing as a wealthy, disabled white man and William posing as "his" slave."
