Attendees meet online via Zoom in a group setting, where they discuss the basics of mindfulness and share conversation with likeminded people. Each week, the group discusses a few sections of a book they have chosen to examine. Those who have not had the chance to read the section ahead of time should still be able to follow along with the discussion. The book changes every few months and is available in the adult section of the library.
The group is currently discussing How We Live is How We Die by Pema Chödrön. Copies are available to check out at the library.
