In a hybrid format, attendees meet in-person at the library and online via Zoom in a group setting, where they discuss the basics of mindfulness and share conversation with likeminded people. Each week, the group discusses a few sections of a book they have chosen to examine. Those who have not had the chance to read the section ahead of time should still be able to follow along with the discussion. The book changes every few months.
