The health and safety of our patrons and staff is of utmost concern to the Columbus Public Library. With that in mind, the Library Board has decided that all library programs will be done virtually for the time being.

Afternoon Book Club
3rd Thursday of each month, 1:00pm-2:00pm Virtual Program
This monthly book club features current and classic fiction and nonfiction books. Suggestions for new book ideas are always welcome, so bring ideas from your own reading list, as well! Come join us for lively conversation, thought-provoking questions, inspiring topics, and sometimes just plain fun. For some of the featured books, the Senior Center will show the video later, if available. Books are available for checkout at the Senior Center and at the front desk of the library. All are welcome. Adult Take-and-Make Craft
1st Tuesday of each month a new video is uploaded to Facebook and YouTube
An instructional video will be posted to Facebook and YouTube on the given dates. Free kits containing the supplies for the craft will be available for pick up from the library throughout the month or until gone. The video link will continue to stay up after kits are gone. This program does not require pre-registration or sign-up. Check calendar for more information regarding each month's craft.
1st Saturday a month, 9:30am-11:30am Virtual Program
A workshop hosted by Chris Behl who will help give guidance and direction to thoses looking to dig into genealogy research. Check calendar for more information regarding each month's book and to find registration link.
Wellness Book Report Club with Susan Runnings
2nd Thursday of each month, 6:30pm-7:30pm Virtual Program
Because of the wealth of books currently available on the topic, local certified mindfulness and wellness counselor Susan Running hosts a "book report club" on wellness topics, introducing you to books you may want to read. Friends of the Library
3rd Tuesday of the month, 7:00pm-8:00pm Virtual event
Join the Friends in their volunteer support of the library. All are welcome! More information about the Friends of the Library can be found here. Please contact Library Director Lindsey Ganz if you are interested at in attending a Friends meeting.
