Arbor Day Tree Planted on Library Lawn
Check out the new tree and the awesome machinery it takes to put it safely and firmly in the ground. We couldn't be happier about our new tree!
Help us and the whole City of Columbus celebrate Arbor Day and our arboreal addition by attending the City of Columbus Arbor Day Celebration. Saturday, May 27 from 9:00 - noon on the library lawn. Tons of give-aways including 150 saplings: birch and red buds (of course). Crafts for kids of all ages, bake sale, book sale. The tree dedication ceremony is at 10 a.m. Hope to see you there!
Check out the New Early Literacy Computer
There’s something new in the Children’s Area located in the lower level of the library. Have you seen it? If you have younger kids who like to hang out at the library, I bet you have. It’s a new computer just for kids.
