Your Columbus Public Library is open a day earlier than expected. Doors opened again on Wednesday, May 15 with full hours resuming. Stop by and check out our new look. Best of all, bring the kids so they can enjoy the new Children's Library. There's a little more room to roam. And some comfy seating, too.

Help us and the whole City of Columbus celebrate Arbor Day and our arboreal addition by attending the City of Columbus Arbor Day Celebration. Saturday, May 27 from 9:00 - noon on the library lawn. Tons of give-aways including 150 saplings: birch and red buds (of course). Crafts for kids of all ages, bake sale, book sale. The tree dedication ceremony is at 10 a.m. Hope to see you there!
There’s something new in the Children’s Area located in the lower level of the library. Have you seen it? If you have younger kids who like to hang out at the library, I bet you have. It’s a new computer just for kids.
