Columbus Public Library has a meeting room used primarily for our programming events. The room is available to community groups and nonpartisan non-profit organizations for meetings and other events.
If you are interested in using our meeting room, please start by reading our Room Use Policy. Then give us a call at 920-623-5910 to see if the room is available when you need it. then fill out our Meeting Room Form and we'll get you on the schedule.

Do you provide babysitting services during meetings/tutoring? No, it is suggested that groups provide their own babysitters during activities at the library.
Where can I find a listing of meetings and programs - Check the calendar on our website for upcoming library events. Non-library events will not be listed on this calendar, which is why we ask you to please call for availability of the room.
